My room was a Superior Double Room. The air conditioning worked well. The wifi signal was super fast. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast could use some variety.

The hotel is a short walk from many cultural attractions. It is also near the river pier. The area felt quite safe, even late at night. I found several good restaurants within a ten-minute walk.

Charming Stay Near Grand Palace

The hotel had a superb location near the Royal Palace. It made exploring the area very easy. I found the friendly staff to be very helpful . They offered fresh towels and changed the bedding daily. The value for money was also really good. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was a great way to start the day.
The hallways had a strange smell. It was noticeable in the elevator as well. I also noticed many homeless people around the hotel's exterior. This made walking around the area less pleasant.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It had enough options to start the day.
The condition of the room was appalling. It was clear the furnishings were old, and the air conditioning unit rattled all night. It was hard to sleep.
